Hand cut black fondant diamonds on sides. Sprinkled with edible gold glitter. Sparklers on corners.

Valentine's Day

Hugs & Kisses - Valentine's Day 2009 - Dark Chocolate Jumbo cupcakes. "Hugs" iced in Buttercream with Chocolate Buttercream stripes. "Kisses" iced with Chocolate Buttercream. Gum paste tags painted with edible colors. Served on aluminum foil squares.

Easter

Carrot- Easter 2010 - 11 x 18 inch Chocolate cake with Buttercream Icing  covered with painted Fondant. Bunny snd basket made of fondant. Basket filled with jelly beans.

Easter Basket- Easter 2009 - Triple layer 8 inch Chocolate cake with multi-colored Basket Weave Buttercream Icing. 12 inches tall with Rainbow Twist Twizzler handle. Chocolate bunny and fondant cupcake eggs. Eggs are 4 x 2 inches.

Flowers- Mother's Day 2008 - 9 inch Yellow cake covered with Buttercream Icing & handmade Fondant flowers.

Roses- Mother's Day 2008 - 9 inch Yellow cake covered with Buttercream Icing & handmade Fondant flowers.

Big Mouth Bass - Father's Day 2010 - Sculpted 13 x 15 inch Chocolate cake with Vanilla icing. Fondant eye, gills and fins.

Hole In One - Father's Day 2010 - 10 inch double layer Yellow cake with Vanilla icing. Fondant flag, hole and golf ball.

Treasure Chest - Father's Day 2009 - Three layer 9 x 6 inch Chocolate cake covered with Chocolate Icing with wood grain texture. Chest filled with chocolate gold coins and candy gems. It sits on brown sugar sand surrounded by moulded chocolate sea shells accented with luster dust. Fondant treasure map hand painted with edible colors.

Mermaid - Father's Day 2008 - 9 inch double layer Lemon cake covered with Lemon Icing. Sea animals, mermaid tail, rocks and sea shells are hand-crafted from Fondant and hand painted with edible colors. Mermaid's upper body is a plastic Wilton doll pick.

Bride of Frankenstein - Halloween 2009 - 9 x 13 inch Chocolate cake decorated entirely in Vanilla icing.

Bleeding Skull - Halloween 2009 - Sculpted 8 inch diameter x 8 inch tall White cake decorated in Buttercream icing. Blood is tinted piping gel.

Jack O' Lantern - Halloween 2007 - Double layer 9 inch Swiss Chocolate with Chocolate Icing and Fondant.

Thanksgiving

Cornucopia - Thanksgiving 2009 - 1/2 Chocolate and 1/2 White cake with Buttercream Icing. 12 inches long x 6 inches tall. Tip of horn made from coconut candies. Fruits & vegetables are fondant covered regular & Jumbo cupcakes. Fondant leaves.

Poinsettia - Free Mason's 2008 Christmas Dinner - 11 x 15 inch Pumpkin cake covered with Cream Cheese Icing and decorated with Butter cream poinsettias and holly border.

Gift - Warming Hearts 2008 Community Christmas Dinner - 13 x 18 inch - 1/2 Chocolate and 1/2 White cake. Covered with Butter cream Icing with Fondant bow and gift tag. Wording hand painted with edible icing colors.

Santa Claus #1 - Clinchco 3rd Grade 2007 Christmas Party - 10 inch Yellow cake with Red & Green Sprinkles. Covered with Buttercream Icing and Fondant. Face and eyes were hand painted with edible icing colors.
