Blair - 3 tier double layer White Cake with 8, 12 and 18 inch tiers over lighted crystal fountain with two 10 inch double layer Strawberry satellite cakes. Covered with Vanilla Icing. Inedible ribbon and floral accents provided by client.

Taylor - 2 tier triple layer White Cake with 6 and 9 inch tiers. Covered with Vanilla Icing in Cornelli Lace pattern. Burgundy icing roses accented with inedible gold foil leaves.

Elswick - Offset 3 tier double layer French Vanilla cake with 6, 8 and 12 inch tiers. Covered with Almond Icing. Middle tier covered with coconut at groom's request. Custom colored hand-made gum paste roses accented with Luster Dust and white gum paste leaves.

Stanley - 3 tier single layer French Vanilla Cake with 6, 9 and 10 inch tiers. Covered with Almond Icing in Cornelli Lace pattern. Flowers and baby's breath placed on cake by florist.

Anniversary Cakes

Doves and Lace - 2 tier double layer White Cake with 6 and 9 inch tiers. Covered with Vanilla Icing in Cornelli Lace pattern with icing Roses. Inedible topper.

Yates 50th Anniversary - 3 tier double layer Chocolate, White and Strawberry cakes with 8, 10 and 12 inch tiers. Covered with Vanilla Icing. Centerpiece and topper provided by client.

Owens 3rd Anniversary - 10 inch Chocolate cake covered with Vanilla icing. Gum paste swans. Details hand-painted with edible colors. Piping gel water.

Rose 50th Anniversary - 3 tier double layer Dark Chocolate, White and Strawberry cake with 6, 8 and 10 inch tiers. Covered with Vanilla Icing in Basket Weave pattern with icing Roses.

Edwards 50th Anniversary - 3 tier double layer Chocolate, French Vanilla and Strawberry cakes with 6, 8 and 10 inch tiers. Covered with Buttercream Icing. Fondant roses.
